Lake Como Engagement Session

Lake Como engagement session, a vintage car and a bridge to jump off of. I knew before we even met in person I would absolutely love Daisy and Tate. After months of planning their engagement photos on Lake Como, the time finally arrived to meet. And I was not wrong about them.

Jumping in

We jumped right in… literally. We met in Nesso, where the famous bridge with its ginormous waterfall behind it resides. After hearing of this beautiful bridge where you can jump right off and in to the lake, Tate and Daisy were instantly intrigued. Full clothing and all, they waited their turn and then climbed up the bridge and took their turn. This was our first impression of meeting them in person. And we loved every second of it.

A Lake Como Boat & A Vintage Car

The second part of their Lake Como engagement session we met at dawn and took the ferry to Bellagio where the streets are empty from tourists until around 9:30/10am. We took advantage of the empty streets and walkways before meeting with a black vintage convertible that we took up to an overlook just north of the town. Tate had the time of his life riding the winding roads up as Daisy rode in our car laughing and taking photos of him in the car in front of us, turning around to look at her with his giant grin.

The third part of our Lake Como engagement session was at one of my favorite parks. Located in Tremezzo, we were able to cover three vastly different feels of Lake Como life.

One part of Italy down, next, the four of us will take on Tuscany for Tate & Daisy’s wedding this fall!
