Villa Monastero – Lake Como, Italy

Located in the beautiful town of Varenna (one of my favorites!) is Villa Monastero. Where an early morning sunrise shows off the natural beauty.

After visiting Villa Monastero, we walked along the famous lover’s walkway in Varenna, stopped for gelato, and dipped toes in the water—moments that blend beauty with spontaneity and joy.

Lake Como Boat Ride

One cannot come to Lake Como and not venture out on a classic wooden boat. While reading her Love and Gelato (great book, definitely recommend!), she wore a beloved hi-lo gown to show off her funness and femininity.

Not to be outdone, her blue gown showed off against the blues of the lake and complimented the mountains.

A Quinceañera is also about Family

Perhaps one of the things that made this day the most fun was all of the family that was with Camila. The love, support, joy, fun, and beauty of these people’s souls made for an absolutely unforgettable time on Lake Como. Their laughter, shared smiles, inside jokes, and every squeeze of a hand—it all added a layer of magic that even the most stunning landscape couldn’t rival.
