Fresh, colorful eggs make for amazing works of art as well as an amazing breakfast. It is rewarding to work, provide, and maintain our own sustenance. I love being able to feed the body, soul and creativity.
On sunny days when the weather is nice, all doors and windows will remain open, welcoming in animals or people. There is not a need for replacing these doors, only repairing. Which speaks to me on such a deep level reminding my of humanity. Focus on repairing, not replacing.
Simplicity and life, two things I crave. There was something so comforting about the hat on the chest that I needed to capture it.

Quiet Spot
The layers of the roof tiles hold so many stories. They are a variety of ages, different storms they have weathered, growth of something new over them. They are a solid shelter to those below.
Every farm needs a quaint thinking spot. This one sparks creativity in me and has created amazing ideas. It is a spot I want to share with others to inspire them to feel calm, renewed, and feel inspired.
